Clean Fill Disposal Services
Landtec offers clean fill recycling and disposal services, however, we accept only clean fill materials. We charge a small fee for clean dirt and soil, and accept rock and gravel to be tipped free of charge.
We can return your excess materials to our site after work on a job, or by arrangement.
All materials must be absolutely clean.
No exceptions.
We accept:

Clean, uncontaminated soil

Gravel and aggregate

Rocks of all sizes

Pit run
Not accepted:
- Products containing any plastic
- Contaminated soil or products containing toxic substances (such as fuels, oils, paints, etc.)
- Construction materials, including concrete
- Garbage
These materials must be disposed of properly as we do not have the facilities to reprocess contaminated materials. Please take it to Waste Management in Campbell River or another appropriate location.

Site visits allowed only by pre-arrangement, as our work site is an industrial area and as such can be hazardous.
No illegal dumping.
